Additionally, ADDAW is also the owner or holds the corresponding license, authorization, or assignment of intellectual, industrial, and image rights over the contents and services available through it.

7.4. In the event that the content submitted by Users includes images (including the avatar), the User declares, guarantees, and accepts the following:
1º That they are of legal age for legal purposes.
2º That they are the author or owner of the rights to the images and have the right to submit them, and that the images do not infringe any intellectual property rights, trademarks, or any other rights of third parties.
3º That the aforementioned images have been taken with the consent of the people who appear in them, and in the case of minors appearing, the said consent has been provided in writing by their legal representatives, and they can provide evidence of this at any time it is required.
7.5. ADDAW reserves the right to publicly disclose the images it deems appropriate and is authorized to reproduce and communicate them through all media channels of the Unidad Editorial Group.
7.6. The User acknowledges taking responsibility and will hold ADDAW harmless for the aforementioned statements.
7.7. The User grants ADDAW, without exclusivity and free of charge, the rights of reproduction, distribution, transformation, and public communication, in all possible forms, regarding the submitted content (photographs, images with or without motion, texts, information, databases, sound recordings, or any other works or performances). This assignment is made worldwide and for the maximum duration currently provided by the intellectual property law, with the express authority to transfer these rights to third parties.
8.1. ADDAW does not guarantee the legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, or accuracy of the services or information disseminated through the Website.
8.2. Consequently, ADDAW does not guarantee or assume responsibility for: (i) the continuity of the Website's content; (ii) the absence of errors in such content or the correction of any defects that may occur; (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components on the Website or the server that supplies it; (iv) the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impregnability of the security measures adopted on it; (v) the lack of usefulness or performance of the Website's content; (vi) the damages or harm caused to oneself or a third party by any person who violates the conditions, rules, and instructions established by ADDAW on the Website or through the breach of the Website's security systems.

9.6. ADDAW will not be liable for damages of any kind caused by the services provided by third parties through this page, and in particular, but not limited to, damages caused by:

10.2. The temporal validity of these general conditions coincides, therefore, with the time of their exposure until they are totally or partially modified, at which time the modified general conditions will come into effect.
10.3. Regardless of what is stipulated in the specific conditions, ADDAW may terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to the contents of the page at any time without prior notice, without the User being entitled to claim any compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the contents outlined above in these general conditions will continue to be in effect.
11.1. The headings of the different clauses are for informational purposes only and will not affect, qualify, or expand the interpretation of the general conditions.
11.2. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these general conditions and the specific conditions of each particular service, the latter shall prevail.
11.3. 12.1. The relationship between ADDAW and the User shall be governed by the current legislation regarding applicable law and competent jurisdiction. However, in cases where the regulations provide the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, ADDAW and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Cartagena.
